Rewritten: the hotel is in a beautiful building near the Old Town center, making it convenient to reach popular tourist spots in Prague. the staff is also very responsive, which adds to the positive experience.

It is a lovely base for rest, has particularly nice views of sky and rooftops. Free breakfast included and really friendly and affable staff. Incredible and amazing location in Prague, near Charles' Bridge, the center of everything-Metro and beautiful Prague. Besides, excellent for visiting a historic square. What a very good stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Breakfast was large and savoury, thoroughly enjoyed the position.

Food was good, staff was absolutely helpful. The beds were really big, I slept well.

It has a modern design, it's in the city center, and well priced.

The bed was slightly lumpy, the WiFi connection went out a few times.

The staff here were super friendly and made our stay really enjoyable - you gotta love it! Plus, this place is conveniently located near an underground station, which made getting around a breeze. 🚇

The staff were excellent and responsive to all our requests. Their attention to detail in both amenities and customer services were outstanding. The food was unbelievably great and would have loved to stay longer to be able to try every item on menu! The free breakfast is bar none - the best I've had anywhere. Outstanding prime location conveniently in short walking distance to sites. Literally parked the car until day we left. Hotel and bar/restuarant staff were also pet friendly; quick to bring bowl of water.

Fabulous !! From the moment we entered the front door til we left. You always here the Czechs do not have good customer service, but definately not here. All staff from reception, to the bar staff, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Fabulous service, friendly and no request was too much. Location was great, close to everything, really !, no tram or subway needed. Rooms were small but elegantly designed, had a flat screen tv, and they provided a caraff of water each evening in your room. Nice touch ! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Price also included breakfast which was more than adequate and they would prepare eggs, oatmeal, etc if you wanted - fresh ! Wifi was also available and included.

The stairs may be an issue as there was no elevator. But just request the first floor as the climb is definatley worth it !!
